A note from Maurizio's™ : 

   I  was born in a small town called Milazzo in Sicily (Italy).  I migrated to the United States when I was 7 years old. I always had a passion for pizza and the restaurant business. When I was 17,  I went to live with my cousin (Frankie) because he had his own pizzeria and I wanted to learn about the business. One year later, I came back to New York and at age 18, I opened my First "Maurizio's™ Pizza & Italian Grille". Eigth (8) pizzeria's and 18 years later we have acquired a reputation that speaks for itself. We still use the same famliy recipes for all our products that have brought delight to millions of Maurizio customers. In my family... "Making pizza is an art, and we like to be considered as the " Michaelangelos " of the pizza business.
